Sound healing for Seniors:

Memory is one of our most precious resources.  When this begins to fade, it affects everyone around us. Many of us do not know what to do to keep our memory centers strong. Movement and sound to stimulate the body and all of its vital neural pathways allow a powerful connection to part of the self that may not feel the same anymore. 

There are precious memories in there.  There are smiles and tears and laughter just waiting to be released. A song, a sound, a spark ignited by breath or movement could be just that.  Through the use of these sacred sounds and gathering we will explore our inner experience as we age.
